Põltsamaa castle has a new glorious addition – rococo hall! This new room exhibits the rococo era in Põltsamaa castle and it is an amazing place to organize seminars, parties and educational programmes.
Rococo hall is a thematic room. Its interior is meant to be extravagant and abundant, but you will also find modern disain elements and materials. Decorous rococo style furniture adds glory to the room; also, one unique object is exhibited – rococo style leaf-shaped bowl, which was found in summer 2020 during the works in the ruins. Interesting: in the hall, you will see a one-of-a-kind oven prop, which was used in an award-winning German movie “The Poll Diaries”.
