On August 1, 2026, the courtyard of Põltsamaa Castle will be filled with Estonian wines, the people who make them, and those who simply want to enjoy a great day. You’ll have the chance to taste, discover, and find new favorites among Estonian wines.
If you’d like to better understand what’s happening in your wine glass, join the wine workshops – we’ll talk about Estonian wines, flavors, and food pairings in a simple and clear way.
As the day gently turns into evening, the stage will be taken over by music:
Silvia Ilves, Getter Jaani, and the night will be wrapped up by Karl-Erik Taukar.
The day will be hosted by Katariina Tamm.
The Best Wine of Põltsamaa Wine Day will also be selected – chosen by the visitors themselves.
And just when it feels like the day is coming to an end – it isn’t quite yet.
The evening will close with the Põltsamaa 100 light and video show, creating a special and slightly magical atmosphere in the castle courtyard.
